The deadline to pay 2026 Town/County Taxes at the Town of Manchester has passed. If you have outstanding taxes, please contact the Ontario County Treasurer's Office at (585) 396-4432 to find out what you owe or to make payments.

To renew your dog's current license, please use the link below. If your dog needs an updated rabies vaccine we MUST see the vaccine certificate (this can be emailed to clerks@townofmanchesterny.gov). If a late fee is due, your dog's license will not be renewed until all associated fees are paid. You may also renew multiple dog licenses with one transaction by listing license numbers like this "1234, 1272" in the payment portal below.
*PLEASE NOTE*
All credit/debit card transactions will be charged additional service fees. For most transactions, this fee will be $1.00 if the subtotal is below $40 OR 2.45% if the subtotal is greater than $40. All water payments are done through a separate payment portal and will therefore have different processing fees. Please note that these fees are not charged by or collected by the Town of Manchester. These charges come directly from the companies that process credit/debit transactions. Thank you for your understanding!

Please note that there are additional processing fees to pay with a credit/debit card. These fees are charged by the processing company, NOT the Town of Manchester. Unfortunately, these debit/credit card transaction fees are unavoidable, and we cannot take card payments for water bills in person. There's still no additional charges for cash/check payments though! :)
