This system allows taxpayers to view and print their tax bill in a secure and convenient environment.
In order to use this system, please login with the following credentials:

PASSWORD: TCSTaxLookUp
Once you've logged in, you can view tax information by either clicking "entities" and searching by name or address or by clicking "bills" and searching by owner name. If you know the tax map ID, you can use that to search under either entities or bills. Once you've entered your search query, select the property you want to view, and click "show" at the bottom of the page. From there you have several options on what you can view. We collect Town/County Taxes January-March. We do not collect or have information on School or Village taxes.

If you're looking for more than 1 kind of tax receipt, the best option is to reach out to the Ontario County Treasurer's Office. Their phone number is (585) 396-4432. We do have access to the most recent year's Town/County Tax receipts, but the County will have access to all receipts from previous years for every type of tax bill in Ontario County (Town/County, School, and Village taxes).
If you believe you should've received a Town/County Tax bill and haven't gotten it by the end of the first week of January (taxes must be mailed by January 1st), please email clerks@townofmanchesterny.gov or call (585) 289-3010 ext. 2. We can email you the bill or send it through the paper mail. If it's after March 31st, please contact the Ontario County Treasurer's Office at (585) 396-4432.
